What a wonderful Elf Day we had at our home! Our incredible team of ‘elves’ worked their magic to spread joy throughout the day, bringing festive tunes, colourful costumes, and smiles that lit up every room.

We celebrated a beautiful mama-to-be, surrounded by love from our care home family. Such special moments make our community even more heartwarming.

✨ Queensway House Care Home – Weekly Recap! ✨

🛍️ Sunday Shopping Trip - Nancy enjoyed a lovely Sunday morning visit to the local shop. She was so helpful and even picked up a newspaper for a resident who couldn’t make it out.

🎬 Cinema Night - Wednesday was movie night, and we chose the classic Grease! The music, the dancing, the memories, we loved every minute and of course, nachos and popcorn made it even better!

💅 Pamper Evening - We had a fabulous pamper session with brand-new gel polishes. Who doesn’t love a fresh set of nails? Nancy picked her favourite colour and left feeling refreshed and fabulous.

🎨 Arts & Crafts - We spent the morning decorating the sourdough we made over the weekend with lots of creativity and lots of fun!

🍞 Sourdough Baking - On Saturday, we got creative in the kitchen, baking sourdough with an adorable animal theme. Our residents had a great time shaping and decorating their creations.

Another wonderful week at Queensway House, filled with fun, creativity, and great company! 💛

🥤🍫 Can you guess the flavour? Residents at Queensway House took on a fun tasting challenge — sampling a mix of crisps, chocolates, and drinks and trying to name the mystery flavours! So many giggles and tasty guesses! 💛
