Absolutely incredible results this morning from Ian’s 10-visit review 🤯
Oh my God… he has absolutely blown us away! His determination and mind strength have really taken off, and it’s showing in every part of his results.
Just look at this 👇

🔥 7 full litres of visceral fat gone – that’s the real health win right there.
💪 Muscle mass increased
💧 Hydration levels up
📉 Body fat percentage dropping
