Jon was a proper surfer back in the day with the old-school Brighton crew — surfed Morocco, Mundaka and a bunch of European spots that only a handful of people even knew about.

Man… I wish I lived those days.

Nowadays you either pay to surf behind a concrete wall or you need a bulletproof vest and a samurai sword just to catch one wave. 🌊

This is why Puzzle exists.

Since day one, back in 2019, I’ve only done one thing: design and make objects with my hands. Surfboards, jewellery, small objects… the material doesn’t really matter.

What matters is the intention.

I’m not chasing perfection, I actually don’t want it.
I’m chasing something unique.
Something with character.
Like a fingerprint. Like DNA.

Seeing a customer collect something made specifically for them, knowing it didn’t exist before and won’t exist again, that feeling never gets old.

Puzzle is still here because the work is PERSONAL.
Because the object and the person have to make sense together.

RRASO is about to begin the same way this year, quietly, carefully, like a small child learning how to walk.
Same hands.
Same values.
Just a new chapter.

Like puzzle pieces — different, imperfect, but right.
