Board finished and available on the website by tonight

This egg sits just over 6’1” and carries a more pulled-in, refined outline than a traditional egg , keeping all the glide, paddle power and forgiveness, but with extra control and drive when the wave opens up.

Set up as a quad (yes, quad), this board is built to stay fast and keep momentum through the flat sections we deal with far too often in our surf. Easy speed, smooth rail-to-rail flow, and plenty of hold when you lean into it.

Finished in a yellow tint deck with black bottom, red pinlines, and Future fin boxes. Clean, classic, and quietly aggressive.

This one’s not for everyone , but for the right surfer, it’s a serious treat.

This year has been really special for Puzzle Surfboards.
I shaped a lot of boards, met a lot of new people, and most importantly put a lot of smiles on faces.

That’s what Puzzle is really about connecting the pieces: you, the board, and the ocean.

I’m finishing this year with a project that means more than just another board. It’s about my origins, my home country, and more than a decade of memories. Adding those stripes to this fun board this morning was just a moment of pure gratitude.

Next year will be bigger — mid-lengths, mini longboards, longboards — with jewellery running alongside it all.
At the end of the day it’s always about the craft. Foam, wood, or gold — we’re here to make things properly and help along the way.

Magic boards for surfers like us.

I’m loving this mini-log — the perfect hybrid for any intermediate surfer.
Stretch it a bit longer and it becomes an unreal beginner board too.

This one comes from my original Speedster template, shaped and refined again and again… just taken longer for that smooth glide. EPS core, clean lines, and now ready for lamination with some special Italian 🇮🇹 pin lines for .nutile1988 🤙🏼

Nothing beats bringing a fresh shape to life.

I’m selling my North Code 0 10m in that beautiful blue colour — single strut, super light, and responsive in the sky. I bought it because I wanted to feel that lightness and quick reaction, and it really delivers. I only ride strapless (no foil), and for me it just didn’t have the punch I need...

UK weather update:
Temperatures dropping below freezing this week… finally!
Because honestly, my shaping room has been winter since August — zero degrees, numb fingers, and resin that cures slower than a UK surfer paddling for a closeout 🤣

But who cares?
I’m in there shaping a hot fish, every curve cooking hotter than my South American blood.
Cold outside, tropical inside.
Magic boards don’t wait for sunshine.

The surfboard market’s full of hype and high price tags.
People drop £1200 on boards made by machines, but the real ones, shaped by hand, covered in dust, built with resin, time, and heart — sit quietly in small workshops like this.

Most people don’t see the difference. They see a product, not the soul.
But that’s fine — this was never about numbers.

I’m not here to chase trends.
I’m here to build magic boards for surfers like us.
