Most people who feel stuck in pain or tension aren’t doing the wrong things…..they’re just working on the wrong part of the problem

If these mistakes sound familiar, it doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It just means your body is reacting to something that hasn’t been recognised yet.

Once you understand what that is, then, things become a lot easier to change.

Your brain isn’t broken.
It’s just trying to keep you safe.

When I was 13, I had surgery on my leg and was told I’d never run again.
My brain believed that story.
So it protected me.

It made me move with a limp even when I was fine.

That’s what happens when your brain remembers an old story.
Your body keeps acting like something’s wrong even when it’s not.

Movement hacking helps you teach your brain a new story so your body feels safe to move again.

That’s when you stop holding back and start feeling free.

So, think about next time your body hesitates ask yourself what it’s trying to tell you.
