The deadline for ordering medication before Christmas is 17th December. Please send your requests in before this date.

After this date, we are unable to guarantee fulfilling medication requests (due to processing the prescriptions). You can still send your requests in, but please expect a backlog as we catch up

⚠️PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM - attempt reported to us today⚠️

The "UK HEALTH LINE" scam is a fraudulent telephone scam where criminals impersonate the NHS or a local GP practice to get personal or financial information. Scammers call to threaten patients with removal from their GP list if they don't "update their records" by providing details like their NHS number, address, or bank details.

HMC and The NHS will never contact you this way to demand updates or threaten removal from a list.

If you suspect this kind of call, please hang up and contact your GP directly - via Rapid Health or call us on 01273 492255
