Are You Neurodivergent, or Think You Might Be?
Living with ADHD or Autism can feel like navigating a world designed for someone else. But it can also mean seeing things differently, feeling deeply, and noticing details that others might miss. If you’ve ever wished for a space where you can simply be yourself without having to explain or mask, you’re warmly invited to join our Neurodiversity Support Group at the Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Henley.
This group is a safe, understanding community for anyone who has (or suspects they may have) ADHD, Autism, or another form of neurodivergence. Together, we share experiences, learn practical strategies, and support one another through every up and down.
💬 What to Expect
Each session offers space to share your story, celebrate your successes, and find comfort in knowing you’re not alone. You’ll be met with warmth, empathy, and zero judgment.
These sessions are led by Lauren Rosher, an experienced therapist, and Judith Katz, an ADHD & Neurodivergence Coach. They’ll help guide discussions and offer insight while keeping the space gentle, safe, and inclusive.
Each week focuses on real-life themes - self-advocacy, sensory needs, relationships, workplace challenges, and self-care. You can share, listen, or simply be present. Whatever feels right for you.
Free & Open to All. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to join. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re newly exploring your neurodivergence or have known for years.
