🌿💫Healing journey in Chiang Mai 💫🌿

After completing Advanced Thai Massage with - Master Suriyan and Chi Nei Tsang with Omsala, We had the honour of meeting the legendary Ajarn Sinchai Sukparset - The blind prefessor of Chiang Mai.

His presence reminded me that true healing is not just technique, but compassion, resilience, and energy shared.

🙏Inspired to integrate not only methods, but the spirit of healing into every session.

💫Just completed my Basic Level Chi Nei Tsang course with Master Omsala in Chiang Mai.

Chi Nei Tsang is a Traditional Taoist abdominal massage that works directly on the internal organs. It helps release deep - seated tension, detoxify the body and restore energy flow.

Feeling grateful for this transformative learning experience and excited to integrate these tecniques into my practice. 🌿🙏

The Lahu village in Northern Thailand is a vibrant hill tribute community, and it became world- reowned, thanks for Asokananda , the german teacher who brought Thai Yoga Massage to the west.

The Lahu an independent ethnic group with about 60,000 people in Thailand. Their villages are often remote, with houses built from bamboo and wood, sorrounded by farms and animals.

I am flying to Thailand to deepen my practice in Thai Yoga Massage and embark on a new path learning the ancient art of Chi Ne Tsang - a powerful abdominal healing technique rooted in Taoist tradition.

This trip more than just a training - it's a soul - nourishing adventure into the heart of holistic healing. I am ready to immerse myself in the wisdom of the body, explore new dimensions of energy work, and connect with incredible teachers and fellow practitioners.

Thailand - here I come with open hands, an open heart, and a deep desire to grow. 🪷🌿
