The medicine of the future is energy medicine. Our health is a product of our lifestyle, our connection with nature, how we forgive others and the beliefs we hold. We are told various statistics about how long we will live and what will kill us. If you believe these, they are likely to happen. But we can choose an alternative journey and outcome. With Shamanic energy healing we can erase and clear our energy field so we can live and die differently. Healing is to truly embrace our shadow and unwrap the gift that lies within the wounding. We can dissolve our shadow by healing, but the more we resist it, deny it and cover it up, the more it will persist. It is only our mind that says something is impossible, and in shamanism we focus on the possibilities rather than the probabilities. It is possible to heal our wounds from this life and past lives. It is possible to make our healthspan as long as our lifespan. We all have a luminous energy field that holds the blueprint for our many possibilities; it holds the imprint for health, aging, healing and dying. We can choose the best possibility for our life by upgrading our health and healing our past.

Imbolc is from sundown today until sundown tomorrow. Legend has it that if on 1st February the weather is cold and wet that the Crone still sleeps and spring will be over very soon. Whereas if it is spring like on 1st Feb the Crone has woken and gone to get more fire wood to keep her warm as she prolongs winter. So on this wet and chilly 1st February, Imbolc blessings to you. Today is Imbolc Eve and the time is near when Brigid will rise and walk our cold winter landscape once more. The Cailleach and the Crone of winter will depart soon and the Maiden of Spring will return. Brigid breathes life back into the earth and draws the winter venom from the land in the shape of a serpent. The light is returning as a father sun rises higher in the sky again giving us longer days. The divine feminine awakes and greets her love once more, the feminine and the masculine reunited at last. Imbolc is the pause before life really gets going again this year and it signifies the chance to tend to our own spiritual fires and ignite the courage we need to go again. Imbolc blessings to you.
