We are a well-respected domiciliary care company, providing daily support to people in their own homes in and around Henley-on-Thames.

Due to our continued growth and development, we are looking for reliable, honest and dedicated staff at a range of levels to join our lovely team on a part-time, full-time or flexible basis.

We are happy to consider any working arrangements, including extended annual leave, to fit around personal circumstances.

We also have roles for individuals who are good with computers and administration to help us with planning rotas and coordinating care visits in the office on occasions. Outstanding attention to detail would be required for these roles.

A full current driving license and your own car is essential and you will be paid for your mileage.

Experience in a caring role is desirable but not necessary as full classroom and on-the-job training will be provided. We are more interested in people with the right personality and attitude to life and work.

Supporting adults of any age, our nurses administer medications, including intravenous injections, as well as any other procedure that can only be carried out by a qualified nurse. If necessary, they will monitor a patient’s medical status and document their progress and condition, alerting family, friends or other medical care providers of any significant changes. All patients are provided with their own personalised care plan, detailing their treatment and progress.
