Mums-to-be & new mums - next Friday (4th April) is our final Postnatal & Pregnancy Yoga session before the Easter break! 🧘♀️✨
A gentle, feel-good class designed to help you stretch, reconnect with your body, and enjoy some much-needed relaxation. Perfect for pregnancy and postpartum recovery (from 6 weeks after vaginal birth or 8 weeks after a C-section).
💛 Pre-crawling babies welcome – feed, soothe, and settle as needed
💛 No experience needed – just come as you are
