Mums-to-be & new mums - next Friday (4th April) is our final Postnatal & Pregnancy Yoga session before the Easter break! 🧘‍♀️✨

A gentle, feel-good class designed to help you stretch, reconnect with your body, and enjoy some much-needed relaxation. Perfect for pregnancy and postpartum recovery (from 6 weeks after vaginal birth or 8 weeks after a C-section).

💛 Pre-crawling babies welcome – feed, soothe, and settle as needed
💛 No experience needed – just come as you are

🧘‍♀️ Postnatal & Pregnancy Yoga

A relaxed, feel-good yoga class designed for mums, with gentle stretches, pelvic floor connection, and much-needed relaxation. Suitable for pregnancy and postpartum recovery (from 6 weeks after vaginal birth or 8 weeks after a C-section).

No experience needed, and pre-crawling babies are welcome. Feed, soothe, and settle your baby as needed—just bring any toys or blankets for their comfort. All equipment provided.

🗓 Fridays, 10:00–10:45 AM, with tea & coffee after

Normally fully booked but we have 3 spaces this Friday before a break for Easter, so if you’ve been wanting to give it a go, this is your chance!

Any questions at all, just drop me a message.

No previous experience required & pre-crawling babies welcome. We encourage you to bring along any toys or blankets that will make your baby feel comfortable.

This is a very relaxed class, so you can feed baby whenever you need & do what you need to to keep them happy.

All equipment is provided, so there’s no need to try and squeeze a yoga mat under the pushchair.

It’s recommended to wait until you are around 6 weeks postpartum after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after a caesarean before attending this class.

New to yoga or not sure where to start?

At Grace & Gravity in Howbery Park, I run a monthly 75-minute Introduction to Yoga class where we go over all of the basics—from breathing techniques and postures, down to proper form and alignment in your practice. A little longer than a normal hour class means there's plenty of time for questions and discussion.

Whether you’re looking for a workout that encourages strength, balance or flexibility—or something that does it all—this introductory class can get you started on the right foot! This session is also included within Grace & Gravity’s introductory 30-day unlimited yoga offer for £45 and February's class is coming up next Sunday (26th) at 9.30am.

What should you expect from a yoga class? 🧎Our Introduction to Yoga classes aim to help you gain the confidence to start your yoga journey.

We’ll combine some classic yoga poses and flows and work through some basic breathing exercises, while leaving you with plenty of time for discussion and questions, like how and when to use props 🙌

At 75-minutes, these sessions are slightly longer than our normal classes to ensure you have plenty of time to get comfortable with the poses, and can ask any questions throughout 🤔

Having a baby takes a huge toll on both your physical & mental well-being - this yoga class for mums is designed with these stresses in mind. We’ll do feel-good stretches your body craves, & target some of those postpartum niggles like reconnecting with your pelvic floor. There will also be time for some much needed relaxation.

It can be so hard to take care of yourself after you have a baby, even though that’s when you need it the most. This is an opportunity to take some time for yourself, and to meet other local mums.

No previous experience required & pre-crawling babies welcome. We encourage you to bring along any toys or blankets that will make your baby feel comfortable.

If you’ve been wanting to try yoga for the first time but don’t know where to start, this workshop will give you everything you need. We’ll go through:
☀️ sun salutations
🌬️ simple breathing exercises
🧱 how and when to use props

And we’ll also spend some time breaking down the most common yoga postures so you feel confident and comfortable performing them on your own.

If you’ve ever felt too intimidated to go along to a group yoga class, or you’ve made it to a class & struggled to follow along then this is the workshop for you.⁣

We’ve got two hours to delve into:⁣
🧘‍♀️ studio etiquette⁣
🧘‍♀️ how & when to use props⁣
🧘‍♀️ sun salutations - the what, the why, the how⁣
🧘‍♀️ some simple breathing exercises⁣

And we’ll breakdown some of the most common yoga postures that you see come up time & time again in group classes so you can leave feeling like you’ve truly nailed Downward Dog. We’ll also discuss common cues so you can finally learn what the teacher means when they tell you to “spiral your thigh bones” 🤷‍♀️⁣
