Should I Give My Kids a Probiotic?ā Letās talk gut health for little ones!
A healthy gut does so much more than help with digestion ā it can support your childās immunity, focus, skin health, and even long-term wellbeing š§ āØ
But before buying a supplement, why not try boosting their gut health naturally:āØš„¦ Prebiotics ā Feed the good bacteria! (Think onions, garlic, oats, apples, asparagus, mushrooms)āØš¶ Fermented foods ā Add friendly bacteria to the mix (Greek yogurt, kefir, miso, sauerkraut, kombucha)
For most kids, a diet rich in these foods is enough to keep their gut happy šāØBut if your child often deals with constipation, tummy aches, frequent bugs, or diarrhoea ā a probiotic might help.
