Feeling the pressure rising as Christmas edges closer?

This simple acupressure point between your brows can calm your mind, soften overwhelm, and reset your nervous system in seconds.

How to use this calming acupressure point:

• Place one or two fingers gently between your eyebrows (the “third eye” point).

• Apply light pressure — just enough to feel grounded, not strained.

• Close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths.

• Hold for at least 1 minute, relaxing your jaw and shoulders.

• Release slowly and notice the shift in your body.

It's beginning to look a lot like... chaos.

If you're already feeling the weight of Christmas expectations, I've just published a new blog with 5 practical ways to cope with Christmas overwhelm
