💤Struggling to drift off or stay asleep?

✨Here are 5 top tips to help you sleep better and wake up refreshed:

⚡️Balance Your Energy Before Bed
Your nervous system thrives on balance. Gentle acupressure or tapping on the end of the kidney meridian energy line - K27 points (just below the collarbone) can calm stress and restore your body’s natural rhythm for restful sleep.

🙏Try a Pre-Bed Yoga Flow
A few minutes of yoga can help release tension. Try a sequence of Child’s Pose, Forward Fold, and Supine Twists to gently stretch your body and signal it’s time to rest. End with a few deep breaths in Savasana.

☕️Mind Your Evening Energy Foods
From a nutritional perspective, alcohol, caffeine and sugar overstimulate the body’s energy pathways. Swap out that late-night chocolate or coffee for soothing herbal teas like chamomile or lavender.

✨Tap Into Meridian Balancing
The triple warmer meridian governs stress responses. Gentle massage along the back of your ears or deep breathing while tracing your fingers down your arms can help deactivate “fight or flight” mode, promoting deep relaxation.

There’s so many ways that’ll suit all levels of “busy-ness for mind body & soul.

1️⃣ Physical Rest: From quality sleep to gentle stretching, your body needs this precious time to recharge, heal & regenerate

2️⃣ Mental Rest: Quiet busy minds with mindfulness & unplugging from ALL tech & focus on peaceFULL thoughts. Your brain needs a break

Price Water House Coopers issued a press release 21 November predicting Black Friday spending in the UK would reach £6.4billion?

🤢Totally. Sickening.

💪So who’s with me, getting into the REAL spirit of Christmas of giving and donating to a foodbank.

💪I do this every year and LOVE the reverse advent calendar.

🎁Grab a box and every day pop an item or 2 or 3 in and when full head to your nearest food bank.
This year more than ever people & families are struggling.

🙏🏼Alternatively we are collecting at so please bring some donations to class

or

🏪local supermarkets all have food bins by the tils so you can drop food straight in there whilst doing your shopping.

🙏Items that are always needed: nappies, sanitary items, men’s & women’s toiletries. Tinned and dried produce, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, xmas pudding the list is endless.

🙏Please donate - put yourself in the position of how it must feel in having no option but to go to the foodbank to feed yourself and family.

✨Come on you fabulous lot I know you’ll smash this LETS GO!!! ❤️🎁🙏🏼
