Hello December!

Wow, November was a whirlwind of emotions and chaos. It’s been a tough month, with both Mum and Dad in hospital (Dad is finally home, and we’re hoping Mum will be out this week). To top it off, my car broke down right after we got our Christmas tree yesterday. Honestly, add it to the list! 😂

Despite all these challenges, I’m still incredibly grateful. I know I say it often, but I truly mean it. There’s always something positive to hold onto, even on the wildest days.

I’m looking forward to another busy and beautiful month at Helen’s Reflexology. I’ll share my remaining December availability at the bottom for anyone who wants to find some much-needed calm before Christmas. ✨

Happy Sunday everyone.
I hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend and that you’re doing well.

I have some good news to share — my parents are hopefully coming out of hospital tomorrow. 🤞🏻🤍 I’ve been busy getting everything ready for them, and it looks like another full week ahead, but I’m feeling incredibly thankful.

I currently have Friday 28th at 10am and Monday 1st (pinch, punch — first day of the month!) at 10am available.

Happy Sunday everyone 💜
I hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend and are feeling nicely rested. Honestly… where do the weekends go? They just fly by!

I spent Saturday evening visiting my mum and dad. They’re both improving, and we’re hoping they’ll be discharged from hospital this week. If anything changes, I’ll be in touch personally to rearrange any appointments.

It’s a very busy week ahead, and the only appointments I have available are on Thursday 20th at 10am and 11am. Please message me if you’d like to book one of these appointments.

Tuesday is my usual day off, and I’ll be spending it visiting Mum and Dad — hopefully bringing them both home. It’s been such a worrying time, but having my brother home from his holiday has been so lovely.

Happy Friday everyone.
I hope you’re all doing well. What a moody, miserable day it is… cold, wet, and just a bit rubbish!

It’s been a stressful week as both my mum and dad are currently in hospital with pneumonia and flu. I’ve been juggling work and visiting them, so it’s been a lot. I’m really hoping they’re well enough to come home this weekend. 💜

If anything changes on my end, I’ll message you directly about your appointment.
