Happy Friday everyone.
I hope you’re all doing well. What a moody, miserable day it is… cold, wet, and just a bit rubbish!

It’s been a stressful week as both my mum and dad are currently in hospital with pneumonia and flu. I’ve been juggling work and visiting them, so it’s been a lot. I’m really hoping they’re well enough to come home this weekend. 💜

If anything changes on my end, I’ll message you directly about your appointment.

💜When I offer fertility reflexology, I take a truly holistic approach — treating you as a whole person. Together, we look at the present and the past: your lifestyle, childhood, menstrual cycle, and the emotional stresses or worries affecting both you and your partner.

💜Fertility work is something I’m genuinely passionate about. Although I haven’t personally experienced fertility struggles, I deeply understand that longing to become a parent — that powerful need to nurture and build a family. It’s an incredibly sensitive subject, and I never take it lightly.

💜I feel honoured to have supported many clients through their journeys and to have seen beautiful successes over the years. My hope is to help more families grow and to support you gently on your journey to creating your family.

✨ Happy Monday everyone! ✨

Wow — what a fantastic half-term week! So lovely to have some real quality time with the kids and family 💕
We’ve been abducted by aliens 👽, had fun at Pumpkin Patch MK 🎃, and finished off with hot dogs and fireworks last night — the perfect end to the week! 💥🌭

This week is a busy one, but I do have a couple of appointments still available 👇

November is filling up fast and December is already getting busy (thank you so much 🥰).

Hello November 🍂

October was a wonderful month filled with new clients — it’s been so lovely meeting new people (and new feet!) 👣

After an amazing Halloween and a fun-filled half term with the kids, it was definitely sweaty in the alien costume 👽😅 but I’ve been set free by the aliens and I’m ready to step into November!

This month is a special one for me…
🎉 My son Harry turns six!
💜 I’ll be remembering my lovely Nan, who would have been 106.
🎂 And I’m celebrating my seventh business birthday! I can’t believe it’s been seven years — time really does fly when you’re having fun 🤩

Happy Friday! 🍁

October half-term is here! I’ve got a little limited availability if you’d like to fit in some time for you:

✨ Saturday 25th – 11 a.m.
✨ Monday 27th – 7 p.m.

Wednesday evening is already fully booked. 🥰

Wishing you a wonderful, chilled week ahead — slower mornings, cosy evenings, and time to unwind. We’re off to the Pumpkin Patch and will probably head to the farm too. I just want to get the kids outside as much as possible before we start hibernating for winter!

November is already filling up fast, and I’m so thankful. October has been a bitty month (as it always is!), but I’m grateful for every little bit of it.

🌸 Happy Monday everyone 🌸

I hope you all had a lovely weekend.
On Saturday we went into Hitchin, had a little mooch around, and stopped for a coffee at The Hermitage — I love it in there!

Yesterday marked the anniversary of my sister-in-law’s passing, so we visited the cemetery to lay some flowers. It was a gentle weekend, and I’m feeling really grateful for the little moments.

Last week was so lovely — I met some wonderful new clients and had some really special treatments. 💜
