Pinch, punch… first day of the month! 👊✨
Hello February, hello Sunday.
Did anyone else feel like January absolutely flew by? It’s usually the longest month ever, but this year felt different for me.
I turned 40 last month (still not quite sure how that happened!), and now my girl Emily turns 10 on the 25th. Double digits. 🥹
I do love a birthday celebration — any excuse to gather, reflect and really soak up the moment.
A new month always feels like a gentle reset. A chance to check in with yourself. To ask: How am I feeling? What do I need more of?
And with Valentine’s Day around the corner, it’s a lovely reminder that love isn’t just about roses and cards — it’s also about how we care for ourselves. Slowing down. Listening to our bodies. Giving ourselves permission to rest.
Whatever you have planned for February — busy work weeks, family time, goals, celebrations — don’t forget to take a little time for you too. Rest isn’t a luxury, it’s essential.
