Lower Stondon Surgery – Patient Triage Survey Results

Thank you to everyone who took part in our recent Patient Triage Survey covering Admin Queries!

We’re pleased to share that 84% of respondents expressed satisfaction with our triage system for administrative requests. Your feedback helps us understand what’s working well and where we can improve.

While there are a few learning points to reflect on, the overall results are encouraging and affirm the value of our current approach.

Together with our Patient Participation Group (PPG), we’ll continue to listen, learn, and adapt to better serve our community.

It has come to our attention that some of our patients are having trouble ordering online. It is a technical issue within the system and is out of our control.

If you are experiencing this issue please try one of the following:

If you are using the NHS APP
- Uninstall and reinstall the app

If you are using SystemOnline:
- Delete all cookies and cache data and refresh the page.

If this does not work you can type your medication in the comment box. You can also post paper requests in our post box.
DO NOT CALL THE SURGERY.

We would like to reassure that no medication has been removed from your repeats.

As always prescriptions will take 3 working days to process. This does not include weekends and any request put in after 4pm will not be seen until the next working day.
