Unfortunately I’m not offering appointments this weekend as it’s my birthday 🎉What a week- 12 week scan and my 37th birthday!

However, there is plenty of fun to be had at Henstead Arts and Crafts Centre over this holiday weekend! We have our Easter Hunt going on for free, a craft fair on the 4th with some amazing crafters, and recycled fun in the courtyard on the 6th! 🫶 taking a test every day til I could see my doctor because I kept gas lighting myself into thinking it was a fever dream.
☀️ a 6 week early scan, a little heart beat for the first time.

Never thought this was a post I’d ever get to make ❤️

After years of trying, I became convinced my body was never going to do what it biologically should have. In November 2025, I handed the fertility referral forms back to my GP and told her my fiance and I had decided that the stress and worrying was too much right now, and what would be, would be.

Imagine the surprise and joy when, on Valentines Day (of all days) we saw a positive test. 💕💕💕

This explains why I have been so quiet, less engaged and less responsive. The first trimester trenches have been exhausting. It’s been so difficult not sharing this massive part of my life, but equally I wanted to wait until we were more sure that things would be okay. Of course, it is never 100%, but we’ve made it to 12 weeks 🫶

I can’t wait to loop you all in on how my spiritual and holistic practises have been my cornerstone through this, how I KNOW that my healing journey has helped lead me here… but for now, I’m going to take one more night to be quiet and in joy at seeing my baby today.

What I am most proud of with my business is the community that we are building with every workshop, every session, every offering.

I sometimes hear “Group settings just aren’t for me” but to be honest, most of these people in this video would have said the same thing to begin with. Reserved. Nervous. Not sure if what they felt was “normal” or how they’d be received. Together we’ve found a community of souls just finding our way, one spiritual experience at a time.

Friendships have blossomed and everyone is welcome; a new face or one from long ago, it doesn’t matter. Everybody is always welcomed with open arms and watching everyone find their people and feel supported, seen and heard… that is something I will always cherish.

I am so grateful to all of you who continually choose to allow me to hold space for you.

To those of you watching in the background, I PROMISE you will not find a more welcoming group of people, regardless of what session you come to. No egos, just pure interest in spirituality, a desire to learn and grow as humans and putting one foot in front of the other every day.

Lots happening over here- as per- in my second favourite month of the year (after October, obviously).

This month holds my birthday, changing seasons (in more ways than one) and we’re into Aries energy which is just my favourite.

There’s lots going on and I can’t wait to see those of you who’ve already bought your tickets, or those of you who plan to, there!

We’re exploring the elements on 1st April at the Intuitive Circle (affectionately known as “Witch School”, which I love, deepening spiritual communication with small, intimate evening offerings, creating our own unique rollers or sprays or blended oils at Apothecary Club- a true chance to come with ideas and bring them to life- and going into our heart chakras with sound and meditation.

Additionally, there’s always 1-1 bookings available- perfect over half term for some relaxation… or after the kiddos go back to give yourself a reset!

How was this three years ago?

Three years ago, picture 1 was taken. The very fist live meditation I ever did, supported by at . No idea how it would go, but we gave it our best, sold it out and carried on.

A lot happened between those three years- various venues, offerings, jobs and life.

Fast forward to the second picture now and this is me, holding a workshop in my very own business space at . Mine. With my name on the door and everything. Workshops, meditations and more.

I never ever want to forget the way I started and the fabulous souls who have been there every step of the way. Whether you joined me then, joined me throughout the years or still see me now, thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for making my dreams a reality. It means more than you know ❤️
