Call them on any day of the year between 5pm and 10pm to receive same day support from trained Safe Haven workers.
The team can offer a friendly empathetic ear, signpost you to services that can help you, refer you into the Counselling service or support groups, and prevent and manage crisis situations.
This service is entirely free and open to anyone over the age of 18 in Herefordshire. Take that first step. Call them.
