Today we tried a different gym

I heard about this gym having a lot of premium equipment and I was curious to try it.

The facility is stuffed with machine, you don’t have much space in between but you have a lot of different alternatives.

I never saw so many leg presses and hack squats in one place. 😄

Really enjoyed the diversity and vibes there.

November dump 🤯

What a crazy month…

I’ve got news for you, for some good and for some less… I am moving back to Romania after 5 years on living in the UK.

I feel that it is the right time for me now to go back and start fresh in my own country in 2026.

I am going back to Bucharest, back to the big city life. Back to the place I left 5 years ago.

I am both excited and anxious as it is a big change in my life, but I feel optimistic.

I will take with me all the knowledge and life experiences I learnt here, and used them back home.

It’s been a crazy period in my life, where I started from 0, I have built a business in a foreign country and finish a degree in a second language.

I rebuild myself from the ground up, I’ve armoured myself with strength and resilience.

I became a man that I am proud of and grateful for.

Now I am looking forward to the future, to change, to new opportunities and challenges.

I hope to meet as much of you as I can before I leave, if not I will see next time when I will visit Hereford.

There are so many coaches ….

But what actually means to be a coach?

I have two different qualifications in personal training, one degree in counselling, and another Intership in body transformation.

I am constantly learning and developing myself, and I found some areas for development in my skills, and I started searching articles and books to learn more.

I found that being a coach is different than being a personal trainer or a counsellor, so I have to learn how to be an efficient coach to teach my clients change their behaviours and reach their goals.

Reflecting now, I called myself a coach without knowing exactly what is involved in being one. I just assumed I know. But I was wrong.

It is hard to accept that I was wrong and I have to humbled myself. To put myself where I belong and start doing things properly, not just assuming.

I am looking around and see how most of professionals called themselves what they are not just because looks cool or they may sell more of their services because of the title.

They say that they have over 1000 transformations in their portfolio. And they done this or than.

But you can see any results, just pictures with themselves.

I have been there myself, lying to myself and pretending I am better than I actually was. Using titles just because was cool and I wanted to feel I was something that I wasn’t.

Until I took a step back and looked in the mirror. I faced the truth, taking off layers of superficiality and becoming true to myself.

But I had to face that I am not as good as I thought, and I have work to do. And then, I started to fully become the person I always wanted to be.

Now I am reading more and posting less, I decided to spend more time on studying than doing social media.

I am taking the risk and see what’s gonna happen. 😱

In 2023, I learnt two big lessons.

When I did my first natural bodybuilding show, I gave it everything, 7 and a half months of pure dedication.

But on show day, my coach vanished. No messages. No calls. Nothing.

That morning, I was frustrated. I’d worked so hard, but my physique didn’t look how I knew it could.

Ironically, the next day, when I finally relaxed and stopped stressing, I looked three times better.

That moment hit me hard.

💡 Lesson 1: Treat every client and every dream with the same respect and effort you’d want for yourself.
💡 Lesson 2: It’s not about the trophy, it’s about the journey. The process shapes you more than any medal ever could.

So I learnt to trust the process, stay grounded, and do things my way, with passion, empathy, and respect.

Acceptance of the New Self 👇

Many times, I see people stuck viewing themselves through an old pair of lenses.
They’re still chasing who they used to be.

Maybe you’re not 25 anymore, and you can’t train or recover like before.
Back then, you could lose weight in days and lift heavy after a night out.
But that’s not your reality now. That’s an old picture of you.

It’s time to stop chasing your old body and start respecting your current one.

Start believing in your new self and accepting your new body, it’s not easy.
Because to do that, you have to accept the loss of your old body.
Even if it’s something you wanted to let go of, for your mind, it’s still a loss.
And that’s why it feels so difficult.

It’s important to recognize when that time comes.
Be aware of your inner story.
It takes time to integrate your new self, so don’t sabotage it.
Be kind to yourself. Have patience.

It will come.

This happens often during body transformations, when people can’t believe what they’ve achieved.

👉 If you’re going through this, remember: progress isn’t just physical, it’s mental and emotional too.

Give your mind time to catch up with your body.

Am creat aceasta pagina din dorinta de a impartasi experienta si cunostintele legate de nutritie, fitness si un mod de viata sanatos, cu oricine isi doreste o schimbare in bine. Sincer cred ca pot motiva si ajuta cat mai multi oameni sa faca acest pas spre o viata echilibrata. Scopul meu este de a te ajuta sa-ti imbunatatesti viata de zi cu zi prin implemetarea unor obiceiuri sanatoase, ce tin de miscare, alimentatie si organizare. Daca iti doresti cu adevarat o schimbare, aceasta poate fi posibila prin munca, implicare si determinare. Eu voi fi alaturi de tine daca alegi acest drum.
