November Meditation & Sound Bath

We will be experiencing a Tibetan Meditation for inner peace and there will be an opportunity to write down what we would like to shed and get rid off and put it in the prayer box on the alter space. This will be taken away and burnt on the fire pit in ceremony. A beautiful restorative sound bath with complete the evening 🙏❤️
