Last week at a networking event in The Tudor House Hotel in Tewkesbury, I was handed a bag of Lego and asked:

Can you describe what you do with these?

As a Nutritional therapist who supports people living with chronic illness, I loved the challenge.

That pile of colourful Lego pieces instantly became a metaphor for my work:

Each brick - our uniqueness in diet, genetics, lifestyle and health.
The colours - the wide variety of foods and nutrients we can draw on.
The way the pieces fit together - the body's interconnected systems - from neurotransmitters to hormones.
The messy pile - where many people start.... overwhelmed.. confused... and unsure how to put the pieces together.
The process - Nutritional therapy - Step by Step, sorting, shaping, guiding.
The outcome - a strong, colourful, balanced structure - health restored, resilient, and confident.

Lego reminded me that no two people's build is the same. Every client has their own unique set of pieces, and my role is to help them connect the pieces of their health into something that feels whole again.

I had a little chat with one of the most inspiring women I know - Petra Bland Fitness

Together we explore why weight gain is so common in midlife: shifting hormones, rising anxiety, reduced sleep, stress.. It all plays a part... (along with many other factors)

We are both driven to help women rediscover their magic at a stage in life when so much can feel stacked against them.
