I love this so much 💗

We could wait until January, until we aren’t busy or when we feel in that perfect mindset but the truth is your life is happening right now! This is not a dress rehearsal…don’t let it be another day to dislike what we see in the mirror, another day to shed a tear when our clothes just don’t feel right, another day struggling out of breathe or pains in our joints!

✨ What a week in group! ✨

I just have to shout about the incredible achievements from my amazing members tonight. Look at this line-up of awards… Club10s, half-stone and full-stone awards, 2st, 3st, 3½st… and even a 5 stone milestone! 🎉

And together, as the awesome Thursday Thrilkseekers, we achieved a massive -115½lbs...that’s over 8 stones gone in just one morning! 🤯💖

Every certificate represents determination, consistency, and someone choosing themselves – even on the tough days. I’m so proud of every single one of you.

Whether it’s half a stone or five, every step forward counts… and wow, did you lot shine tonight! 🌟👏
