We are Milly and Esmee this is our application to be your massage therapists 🌿

Milly is a warm, outdoors-loving massage therapist who’s been qualified since June 2023. After starting her career as a personal trainer, she qualified in massage in June 2023 before starting her business ‘Living Well With Milly’ ✨

Alongside massage, Milly also started Hereford’s highest rated Japanese HeadSpa which is her personal favourite treatment to give 💆🏻‍♀️

Milly values self-care and loves long countryside walks, cuddles with her dogs and is recently enjoying playing doubles tennis 🎾🐕 She has explored the world 🌎 even completing an incredible 11-month trip ✈️

Esmee is hugely experienced massage therapist having been qualified since 2014! Her favourite treatment is Deep Tissue Massage and she recently expanded her expertise by training in HeadSpas 💆🏻‍♀️

She balances her professional life with self-care, enjoying relaxing baths, having her nails done and getting her steps in🚶🏻‍♀️

When she’s relaxing, Esmee loves watching series like The Vampire Diaries and Below Deck 📺

Her favourite band is You Me at Six and she’s excitedly looking forward to buying a ginger kitten! 😺

Come and join me at the lovely Venns Lane for 2hrs of hand massage 💆🏻‍♀️

Only some of the residents can’t be filmed but here is a snippet of the session!!

For the residents sometimes it is more about the one to one chat we can have rather than the massage itself (although that is doing lots of good too!) they just love getting undivided attention and I love that I can provide this for them in our sessions❤️🫶🏽 So fulfilling
