Small actions. System-wide impact.

If each midwife supported just 1–2 pregnant women and people per day to access RealBirth™,
a hospital could achieve full population reach.

1 in 4 women are not given the information they need about induction. (CQC Maternity Survey)

That’s not just a statistic —
that’s thousands of women making decisions without full understanding.

RealBirth™ exists to change that.

We've received some wonderful feedback from an expectant mother who has completed RealBirth!

One of our users said, "This course was very informative and has helped me take a relaxed approach to labour instead of feeling overwhelmed and scared like I was to begin with. There were lots of things I didn’t know such as having the option of a physiological placental birth and how the pelvis functions (this helped me understand what my body is doing which was a relief). I feel prepared and excited for labour and have been able to determine my birth plan based on the information provided. Although things might not go to plan, I feel confident in knowing what I don’t want to happen and understand what my options will be."

Our workshop has been developed to help you understand the physical and hormonal changes your body goes through during labour so that you can feel confident and empowered, ultimately leading to better birthing outcomes!

If you too want to feel prepared and excited for labour ask your midwife about us or find a RealBirth teacher through the link in our bio!

🌟 Another Wonderful Birth Story! 🌟

[Names have been changed for privacy]

Maja had planned to give birth in a midwifery-led unit at the hospital. When her waters broke, she went to the hospital and was admitted to the antenatal ward. However, as labour did not progress, there were no signs of dilation or contractions, Maja was advised that she had 24 hours to deliver due to the risk of infection. After careful consideration, she decided to be induced, feeling it was the best choice for both her and her baby.

Maja remained on the antenatal ward for 12 to 18 hours before being moved into a birthing room. She relied on breathing techniques, massage, and ultimately had a spinal to relieve any discomfort.

Although Maja's birth didn’t go as planned, she remained calm and positive throughout her experience. She said:

"As much as the birth did not go as planned, I felt calm throughout the experience, and my mindset remained fairly positive. I was aware of my rights and felt confident to advocate for myself."

Maja strongly agreed that The Real Birth Workshop empowered her to have a more positive pregnancy and labour experience, scoring it a 10/10! 🎉
