Good morning everyone

It’s a much better day in the Ford , and we have certainly been feeling the effects of these retrograde energies. Having been due to go to Birmingham Friday for the Mind, Body, Spirit event, I found myself not being able to go anywhere with cancelled trains, floods and road closures. But not to worry, the universe obviously had a plan and today I’m sat in the train heading northbound to the event. I’m very excited. A day for me.

There are now five planets in retrograde. This is a chance to review your life choices. You may even see people from your past coming into your life - I know I have had that this week. Twice in one day the other day. Ask yourself why they may have come into your energy attraction field. We also have a beautiful New Moon coming in on 20th November. A new beginning for sure.

I will be doing the very powerful New Moon Ceremony within the She Who Rises Membership. Come and join us to align in a beautiful meditation process where light language sounds/tones bring you back into balance ground you and align you with your path. We would love to see you there.

The skies are blue and the the sun shineth on the hills of Hereford.

The energies feel lighter as we prepare for the Full Moon in Ta**us on 5th November. your focus may be on home and family and the material realm.

Full Moons are all about letting go and releasing what isn't working for you so you can make space for something that does feel right. This full moon is a supermoon, so close to the earth that you will definitely feel the energy of it highlighting areas that need change. I would be tempted to make a wish on this Full Moon too.

This Sunday I did not run. My dizziness has subsided but I decided to still rest and allow whatever changes that are occurring to integrate. So I did a longer than normal walk with the dog this morning and came across this lovely 'shroom which I am sharing with you.

I am also very excited as the new Membership She Who Rises will start on Tuesday 4th November. A time to reconnect to soul tribe, align and heal.

The Newsletter come out every Sunday and it is a great way to keep in touch, receive the additional 'Message from Spirit' and keep up to date with events and offers and training.
