If you’re anything like me, this time of year is SO busy... there’s always something to do 😅! Thankfully, on days where I know there’s not much time to cook, the Slimming World food range has my back ❤️. Popping a ready-made meal (my favourite is this yummy lasagne 😉), into the microwave means I can stay on track without worrying about what I’m going to eat. Brilliant 🥳!

📢 CALLING ALL LOCAL BUSINESSES IN HEREFORD…. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP? 📢

As a Slimming World consultant I find it hard to believe that the whole world doesnt know that Slimming World exists…. But…. Unfortunately we know that around 45% of the population (thats almost half of the people living in the UK!) dont know Slimming World is here to help support people to make changes to the way they shop, cook, eat, drink and exercise so they can lose weight in a sustainable way, whilst enjoying normal, every day food and drink!

In and around Hereford there’s approximately 86,000 people (64% of the population) that are classed as overweight… 😪💔

I’m asking for your help in reaching out to as many of these people as possible:
❤️ I need them to know that our group is THE very best place for them to be & to get the help and support they deserve…
❤️ I need them to know that our group is a very safe environment and that they absolutely can and will escape the misery and heartache that being overweight brings….
❤️ I need them to know that with the right support they can achieve anything they set their minds to!

Can you help me to reach out to them?

There are several different ways to help and get involved and if you are able to help with one or more of the following, please let me know!

🤪 I’m more than happy to have some leaflets in my shop / business / near the checkout etc.
😇 I can put a poster up in my shop / office window / on the door / on the notice board / in my car
😁I have a really prominent fence / gate / space that you could put a banner or large laminate on
🤩 We are on a busy road / in a busy area and your a-frame can come and sit outside for a day or so
💞I know of an event / place you could talk to people about Slimming World at (school fayre / workplace well being event / work staffroom etc)
🤑I can leave an information pack in the staffroom / break area
👋I can get you free advertising in print (or a really good deal)
📖I can put some Slimming World magazines with your group details in my business
