The average waiting time for an initial NHS orthodontic assessment in this area is currently 2-3 Years. We understand that this may be a lengthy wait, and in some cases, children may be too old by the time treatment begins. Unfortunately, we do not have control over NHS waiting times.
As an alternative, we now offer private orthodontic treatment at Hay-on-Wye Dental Centre with Mr. Mark Truman, who has over 10 years of experience dealing with both children and adults. Private treatment includes options such as functional appliances to guide jaw growth.
