In 1996 Reiki found me and I started my training. I also found that I intuitively started working with cards, runes, crystals, trees and animals. As soon as my Reiki journey began I suddenly found myself faced with many personal challenges, including relationship breakdown, financial difficulties, homelessness, unemployment, health problems and bereavement. I went on to become a Reiki Master/Teacher in 2004 and I have been using Reiki and my gifts in various areas of my working life every since.

What Does “Moving from the Lower Dantian” Mean?

In Qigong "moving from the Lower Dantian" embodies these profound concepts:

Energetically.
You direct your Qi, your vital life force, from the Lower Dantian, just below the navel. This energy flows through your body, enhancing your movements, creating a powerful connection between body and mind.

Physically.
You allow your movements to originate from your core, not just your arms or shoulders. In Qigong, as you lift your arms, let it begin from the Dantian, fostering strength, stability, and a sense of seamless flow.

Mindfully,
You stay grounded in the Dantian while moving—this empowers you with balance, presence, and a harmonious flow.

To make the most of this beautiful weather I will be offering 30 minute seated Reiki treatments in my garden tent for the next couple of weeks as detailed below.

Thursday 14th between 12 and 3pm
Friday 15th between 1 and 8pm
Saturday 16th between 10am and 2pm

Thursday 21st between 12 and 3pm
Friday 22nd between 10amand 3pm
Saturday 23rd between 10am and 2pm
