Our Story

International Yoga Centre UK is based on ancient Yoga teachings, made accessible to everyone, Melissa is a RYS 500 hr Senior Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.

Classes are strongly influenced by Iyengar yoga. We are equipped with a yoga wall and aerial yoga for safe inversions and gentle back care.

Classes range from beginners, prenatal, back care, various workshops and Foundation Yoga training courses all available.

Aerial and Wall Yoga workshops for beginners and and also Aerial teacher training courses.
