💧 Hydration Formulas 💧

Here’s the truth for most people: you’re probably getting enough electrolytes through your regular diet.

That said, from personal experience, I do notice a difference when I have a serving of a hydration formula each day.

For most people, one serving daily is more than enough. As with any supplement, it’s all about trial and error, finding what works best for you.

Just don’t get caught up in the hype… hydration products are great tools, but they’re exactly that, tools, not magic.

If the cost fits your budget, it might just be worth a try 💧
