Here is your winter wellness reminder… ❄️
As the days get darker and the temperatures drop, it’s so easy to slip into hibernation mode. But winter is actually the most important time to keep our bodies moving.
When it’s cold, our muscles naturally tighten, our joints get stiffer, and our mood and energy can dip. Active stretching and Pilates are pretty powerful ways to support your body through the colder season by:
🌬️ Boosting your circulation
🧘♀️ Improving your flexibility and reducing stiffness
💪 Building deep, supportive strength — especially core and posture
🧠 Lifting your mood and easing winter tension
🔥 Keeping your metabolism active
Even short, consistent sessions can make a huge difference — and doing them with a trained teacher ensures you’re moving safely, effectively, and staying motivated.
That’s why this season is the perfect time to come along and try out my group Stretch and Pilates classes.
They’ll help you to:
• Move your body with purpose
• Maintain mobility through the winter
• Strengthen from the inside out
• Feel warm, energised and supported by your instructor (me, “Hi!” 👋) as well as your fellow class members.
