🌿 Well I'm halfway through my first term and i wanted to share a video i recently created for my Occupational Therapy course as part of my WFOT (World Federation of Occupational Therapists) module, and I wanted to share it with you because of course one on my favourite occupations is Forest School! I love how Occupational Therapy connects beautifully with Forest School philosophy.

In Occupational Therapy, occupation means the meaningful activities that people do every day — the things that give us purpose, joy, and connection. Forest School offers rich opportunities for occupation: from building dens and exploring nature, to developing confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging.

Both OT and Forest School celebrate meaningful engagement, wellbeing, and the power of nature to support growth 🌱

🍄 FAMILY ADVENTURES 🍄

Our next family day is tomorrow morning 10am-12pm suitable for children 18m-12yrs

With starting uni I've been a bit rubbish with advertising so our numbers are low tommorow morning so if you are free and fancy a morning in the woods please come along!

We'll be making lanterns, baking apples on the fire, making conker comets and so much more....

🍁 WYLD Adventure Club - Half Term Fun 🍁

We are looking to run our Holiday Club next week on Thursday 30th October 9.30am-3.30pm £30 for 1 Child £50 for 2 Siblings.

As some of you may know I will be starting Uni on Monday (officially!) and unfortunately one of my study days is a Thursday so we've had to swap back to a Wed 😪 Great news for those that couldn't come Thursdays, sad news for those that can't do Wednesdays, so sorry 😪
