Kemble at Home is an award-winning home care provider helping residents to live independently

Kemble at Home is a reputable family-run firm with a strong local community base. We’ve been caring for people for over 20 years and have built up our client base thanks to the recommendations of professionals and other existing clients. We now provide services to several hundred people across Herefordshire. Our key strength is our people: we have carefully selected, well trained and motivated carers, who are supported by a highly competent team of managers. All of us believe strongly in our shared ethos of compassion, integrity and excellence. We take great pride in the exceptional quality of care and support that our staff provide for people who wish to remain in their own homes. And we understand the importance of maintaining independence, and of exercising choice and control in the decisions that affect our lives. We have developed our services to provide you with just the right level of assistance — precisely as and when you need it. We offer a flexible, tailored response, ranging from a few hours a week through to full time support, including 24 hour live-in care. This morning Kelly and Jason visited The Royal National College for the Blind (RNC) to speak to the students who are studying Health and Social Care. We had a great session and are looking forward to doing some more work with them in the New Year.

On Wednesday, Kelly and Jason attended some fantastic training at Herefordshire Mind to become Herefordshire Mind Ambassadors. They will encourage conversations around mental health, help reduce stigma around mental health and signpost people to the services that Herefordshire Mind are able to support with. It is so important to us that our staff feel safe and fully supported.
