Hello December just a gentle reminder that these last few weeks are extremely busy with not many gaps. I finish on Friday 19th @ 3.30pm which wraps up my practice for 2025. January is already filling up so please book in to avoid disappointment. As always I’m doing everything I can to fit everyone in.

Observational post that absolutely has warmed me and I wanted to share it.

Sat in my local all time favorite cafe and sat next to two gents. Seating is very close so I could hear some of their conversations but the way that they were talking about their partners and friends and their achievements and struggles with compassion and love and togetherness.

If you can be anything be kind especially when the person you are talking about cannot hear because those kinds of relationships that will thrive because we are quietly loving and supporting them behind their back.

I’m not sure why I needed to hear and see this today but my heart is full and I’m ready for a day of sessions ahead.
