Hey guys it's official I'm thinking about starting up ultimate function again .. closer to home but with all the same treatments . llanddrindod did has an amazing gym "Nicks Gym" with amazing equipment and a boxing gym ran by Martin Thomas who brings a great addition to fitness and discipline, all in all possibly the most amount of knowledge under one roof I have ever seen. ... Come down and take a look.

Just arrived at Nicks Gym the new inbody body analysis machine, as you can see it looks at your whole body and gives a very accurate report, this is incredibly important not only as a training and progress aid but also can be used as part of an assessment when mapping where we start from and indeed where we are going in regards to training... Not to mention the motervational benefits... If your planing on starting to train or just need to know where you are now I strongly suggest you make the most of this... It explains everything in text and picture format making it very easy to understand... If you need further explanation and guidance the staff at nicks will also help with this aswell.. Book a test and start fresh will the knowledge at your fingertips... P. S the results here are mine... Please don't laugh at my bodyfat% I'm working on that 😂😂😂

Today i am full of mixed emotions as it is time to say goodbye, this is my last month of treatments as i have decided to spend my time at home with my family, i am around for another month so if you need anything i am still around in hereford till the end of August ... thankyou all for your support over the years and if you need anything i am only a phone call away.
