🥶 Frozen Shoulder 🥶
Shoulder pain is the third most common musculoskeletal disorder experienced by the general population and accounts for approximately 16% of all musculoskeletal complaints.
New research has shown that this injury is multi-faceted involving; hormonal, metabolic, vascular and inflammatory dysfunction.
Frozen shoulder has been shown to disproportionately affect women being vulnerable to musculoskeletal pain, especially in peri- and postmenopausal women.
