It was lovely meeting so many families, therapists and supporters. Your questions really help us understand what’s important to you and your children.

Here are the questions we were asked most on the day:

🧡 Are Chunc wheelchairs WAV safe?
Yes. Every Chunc wheelchair is fully crash-tested and certified for safe use in Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles.

🧡 Will someone come out to do an assessment?
Absolutely. One of our seating specialists can visit you in person to make sure the chair is set up comfortably and safely.

🧡 Do you cover all areas of the UK?
Yes. Our team provides support right across the UK.

🧡 What funding options are available?
We can help guide you through different routes including NHS, charities, private purchase and mixed funding. Just ask; we’re always happy to talk things through.

🧡 Do you offer training?
Yes, we provide training for schools, therapy teams and services, helping them understand how to get the best from Chunc seating.

What a brilliant day at Kidz North!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Chunc stand - it was fantastic to meet so many therapists, equipment providers, carers and families.

This year was particularly exciting as we unveiled our brand new stand! We loved hearing your feedback, answering your questions, and showing you what makes Chunc truly different.

We're hiring!

We are looking for a Seating Specialist to join our team, covering the Midlands region. You’ll work closely with prescribers, families, and care teams to deliver life-changing support and independence for our users.

If you’re compassionate, self-motivated, and have experience in specialist seating or rehabilitation, we’d love to hear from you.

Last Friday, our seating specialist Charlotte visited Skylar-Rose to set up her new Hilo Outdoor chair.

Skylar lives with severe dystonia, which causes her a lot of pain, and moving between different chairs made things even harder for her. Her family told us how much of a difference the Hilo Outdoor has already made:

"The Chunc Hilo Outdoor has helped so much. The support it gives is amazing. Skylar is happy in her new chair and she no longer has to transition between chairs. She has one chair that can do everything.

From ordering to delivery, Charlotte was very helpful - nothing was a problem. She just wanted to make sure Skylar had what she needed. We are very happy with the chair."
