3 Myths I hear all the time about feet🦶🏼💙

Myth 1: “If I cut a ‘V’ in my toenail, it will stop an ingrown nail.”

Unfortunately, this isn’t true. Cutting a V doesn’t change the way your nail grows. It can actually make things worse or delay proper treatment.

Myth 2: “Moisturise between your toes.”

Please don’t! Moisturising between toes creates the perfect environment for fungal infections. Keep the area clean and dry instead.

Myth 3: “Only older people get bunions.”

Older people can develop bunions, but the real cause is genetics. If bunions run in your family, you might notice them at a much earlier age.
