UPDATE: THE DOORS ARE NOW FIXED AND WE ARE BACK TO USING THE MAIN ENTRANCE- THANKYOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE THIS MORNING! We are having essential work done to our main entrance doors today. If you are coming to the unit you will need to use the fire exit at the back of the building in the carpark. We have a member of the team out there to help you. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we have this work completed to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.

Hot weather and thunderstorms can trigger symptoms in those who suffer with lung conditions such as asthma.

If you notice the weather makes your symptoms worse and you are needing to use your inhaler more frequently, please talk to your pharmacist, contact your GP or NHS 111.

We have put contingency plans in place and are now reopening

Unfortunately we have had to close the Urgent Treatment Centre as we have no hot water.
We are working on solutions to this and will update on here as soon as we can reopen.

This Saturday (23rd November) the UTC will be without power from 2.30pm for about an hour. We will be unable to see patients during this time.
