Five reasons why you should ⛔️NEVER⛔️ try osteopathy…..

1. Your spine might start behaving itself. Then what? No more dramatic groaning when you stand up. No more acting like you’re eighty at thirty something. Chaos.

2. You’ll have to admit your body was the problem. And people hate that. Much easier to blame the mattress, the chair, the weather, the cat, working from home… literally anything except those tight shoulder muscles you’ve ignored for ten years.

3. Feeling better ruins a perfectly good excuse to avoid chores. If your back stops hurting, you might actually end up tidying the spare room…

4. You’ll suddenly have opinions about posture. And then you become that person who comments on their friends’ necks at the gym.

5. You might accidentally improve your long term health. Disgraceful behaviour. Next thing you know you’re moving freely and living a normal pain managed life. Unreal.

We said what we said… 😁

It’s been brought to our attention that Richard has been telling patients that we accept carrots as payment on our Instagram stories. We don’t.

However, Richard also says: “Ben has 2 appointments available TODAY… trot down and get that achey back sorted. New or existing patient. 12pm or 1pm. Go into the weekend feeling better than you do right now 💯”

What a beautiful sunny Sunday morning it is!

Here’s a quick snap of Ben treating his niece Darcie, who had been complaining of a poorly knee. Usually, Darcie gets on with aches and pains by wrapping aunties vet wrap around various limbs whilst singing along to Moana … but yesterday she thought it was only right that she saw a professional; Uncle Ben.
