I will not promise you a pain free birth, but do promise to give you the tools to navigate whatever birth you have on the day, prepare you to feel calm and confident and support you in the lead up to birth and can be on hand in the early days postpartum to support with breastfeeding xx

This special family welcomed their baby in a whirlwind of a birth, yet still found calm and confidence through breathing, relaxation, and trust in the process.
