Hypnotherapy is a combination of hypnosis and therapeutic intervention which takes place while you are deeply relaxed in a state of heightened suggestibility called trance. Through hypnotherapy I can assist you in bringing about positive changes in your life. Whilst hypnotherapy can be used to address numerous issues, my particular focus is working with low- self esteem, anxiety, depression, fears and phobias. I am a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist having completed a course with ASCH (Advanced School of Clinical hypnotherapy). I am registered with CNHC ( Complementary and Natural Healthcare council) and also the GHSC (General Hypnotherapy Standards council)
