📢 Hersham Surgery Myth-buster: Yes, We Still Do Home Visits!
Our surgery has never stopped providing home visits. We continue to visit housebound patients, and in some cases a nurse may attend if you need a vaccination or blood test at home.

If you’re medically unable to attend the surgery, our clinical team will assess your needs and arrange a home visit when it’s the safest and most appropriate option.

Sometimes, after assessment, the doctor may advise you to go to A&E instead. This isn’t a refusal — it’s because we want you to see the right team with the right equipment to give you the care your condition requires.

We’re here to make sure you get the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact the practice directly.
