This time we focus on our 'Set Refurbishment' service where we take complete sets and return them to an 'as new' condition for a lot less than the cost of a replacement and with fast turnarounds we ensure minimal disruption to service.

After 3 months of planning and hard work, Cutting Edge Surgical Instruments Limited are pleased to announce we have successfully moved into and are operating from our new purpose built factory in Hertford, this gives us scope to now employ and begin the long training process of new staff both in production and office. We would like to thank all of our loyal customers for their continued support throughout the past 2 years and look forward to arranging visits in the near future, we would also like to thank our fantastic Cutting Edge team without who non of this would be possible.

Everyone at Cutting Edge Surgical, involved in delivering your repair service, has many years experience in repairing, manufacturing and supplying Surgical Instruments as well as more specialised devices such as Endoscopes, Phaco Handpieces, Power Tools, etc.

Your Area Representative, that collects and delivers your repairs, will have a minimum of 5 years in the industry (more likely to be more than 25 years) so will be at hand to give you great advice and support.

Our Customer Services Team will answer your calls and messages with a wealth of knowledge of all our products and services ensuring we are always able to fulfil your requirements.

Our Technical Teams have spent many years in both Third Party repair companies and with the OEM's giving them a very high level of knowledge and expertise when repairing, refurbishing and servicing all your Surgical Instruments and Devices. Also, our Technical Team Managers are always on hand to help you with any technical enquiries you may have.

At Cutting Edge Surgical, we not only repair the most specialised surgical instruments and devices but we also repair hundreds of thousands of the more general surgical instruments. They're the 'knives, forks, and spoons' of the surgical instrument world. At Cutting Edge Surgical every single item, however basic, is inspected, repaired, and final tested by highly skilled, experienced repair technicians and surgical instrument makers. All instruments are brought back to an 'as new' condition either as ad-hoc repairs or as part of our Set Refurbishment service. The knowledge of our technical teams, customer service agents, and Area Reps is second to none and this is what enables us to successfully repair and refurbish individual surgical instruments, complete surgical sets, and expensive devices where others, with less knowledge and experience, will fail. Obviously, this would lead to costing you a lot of money when you consider that the cost to completely refurbish a full set of instruments back to an 'as new' condition can be as low as 1/10th of the cost to replace the same set with new! At Cutting Edge Surgical we are proud to continue to offer a superb Diamond Knife repair service. All repairs are carried out in our in-house lab by highly experienced technicians. We repair all makes and types of Diamond Knives including straight 45°, trifacet, and lance blades. We sharpen blunt blades and can replace broken or missing blades, we can also refurbish handles and replace springs if necessary.
