People often ask me how I show up here every single day.
The truth is… the horses are my regulation.
Being with them helps me slow my breath, soften my body, and come back to myself.
We all have something that helps us regulate (sometimes it takes a while to work out what that is for us)
maybe it’s a cup of tea, a walk, music, movement, painting, or simply sitting quietly, reading a book 📖
