“Cara is such a beautiful human with the warmest, most calming energy ✨ I feel so lucky to have received my Reiki I & II attunements from her, which have been such a huge support for my own Reiki practice. Each attunement was followed by a Reiki session and honestly, they’ve been some of the most remarkable experiences.
Her space is just gorgeous—so peaceful and instantly relaxing. My very first session with Cara honestly felt magical. I had waves of freezing cold energy followed by vivid white sparkles, which I realised later were energy releasing. I also had some really personal visions come through that were so powerful.
In my second session I dropped into little dream-like states, and afterwards Cara shared visions she had seen—without knowing they were directly linked to something I’d been consciously manifesting. 🪄 After each session I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and even noticed I didn’t crave the sugary treats I’d normally want.
