We’re grateful to receive such positive feedback from families we support.

One parent recently shared their experience of arranging a combined ADHD and Autism assessment for their son. They highlighted how smooth and easy the process felt thanks to the speed and thoroughness of the assessments, and how the diagnosis has helped them gain a much better understanding of their son.

They also shared that Dr Hunt was easy to contact, the process started quickly, and the team were friendly and professional throughout. After making contact in July, the assessments were completed efficiently and the final report was provided before school resumed in September.

Hearing that families feel supported, informed, and better equipped to understand their children means so much to us. 💙

All of our clinicians have specialist expertise in working with neurodivergent children and adults, including autistic individuals and those with ADHD. This specialist knowledge informs all aspects of our work. We also work with neurotypical children and adults, tailoring our approach to each individual’s needs, goals, and strengths.

We accept self-referrals for Autism and/or ADHD assessments for young adults. There is no need for a GP referral.

You can get in touch with us by enquiry form, phone or email to request an assessment. We will then send you out some initial information and if you decide to proceed, we will begin the screening process.

We understand that everyone is different and some young adults will prefer to contact us directly about the assessment whereas others may prefer for someone else to do this on their behalf. Either option is fine.

- Abigail is an HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist with over twenty years experience of working within the NHS. She has expertise in diagnostic assessments for Autism and currently works part-time in a tertiary-level NHS diagnostic service.

- Richard is an HCPC-registered speech and language therapist and a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists. He has over 10 years’ experience in the NHS and a background of working in special schools and delivering preschool interventions for autistic children and those with social communication difficulties.

Since completing his ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) training in 2021, Richard has worked alongside Clinical Psychologists and Paediatricians in the assessment and diagnosis of autism in children and young people.

Richard is passionate about raising awareness and acceptance of neurodiversity and promoting the use of neuro affirmative language and therapeutic approaches.

- Alice Carter is a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with experience in working in schools and with families to support communication needs. Since 2015 she has developed her specialist skills in working with families and young people presenting with neurodiversity.

She is ADOS-2 trained and works regularly alongside paediatricians and psychologists to complete diagnostic assessments. Alice is also passionate about working with under 5s to support interaction and communication, she is More Than words trained.
