Sports massage is the management, manipulations and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body, including muscles, tendons and ligaments. Massage is for everyone, the sporty and non-sporty alike. Your massage will be tailored to your needs whether you need a general massage to de-stress or a more specific massage focusing on an area that has become sore and tight and injury prone. That’s why I launched Back 2 Basics - a 6 week programme of exercises clients can do 10-15 minutes daily to help them improve their strength, reduce their back pain/discomfort whilst also improving their confidence in doing their exercises correctly with the help of me .. an actual person 🧍‍♀️

Back to Basics also includes 1:1 check in calls - in person or online. I am also available 24/7 (well apart from when I’m sleeping) via what’s app to ask any questions of where you might be unsure.

✨ Myofascial cupping with RockPods to gently improve neck mobility and range of movement

Dear 2026 🤍

This year, I want to focus on… exploring me.

So many of us set New Year’s resolutions — new goals, new rules, new versions of ourselves. But in 2026, I want to continue building on me. Not reinventing, not fixing — just growing.

2025 brought a lot of change — in more ways than one. Growth, lessons, shifts, and moments that asked more of me than I expected.

So in 2026, alongside growth, I’m also choosing stability. Space to breathe, to settle, to feel grounded again.

I want to build strength. Not just physically, but mentally.

I want to explore who I really am — my beliefs, my morals, my values.

The person I am when no one else is watching.

This isn’t a selfish me.

This is a necessary focus on me, so I can be a better version of myself — for me, for my children, for my family, my friends, and my clients.

Here’s to curiosity, courage, growth — and a little more calm ✨

As we head into the festive season, I just wanted to take a moment to say a big heartfelt thank you to. All my friends & family x

This year has been a big one for me personally and professionally, and the support, understanding, and trust people have shown has meant more than I can say. I’m incredibly grateful to work with such wonderful clients & have such amazing friends.

I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a peaceful, refreshing break. Here’s to a happy and healthy 2026 ahead.

I’m excited to be introducing two new programmes on my blog in January, along with a renewed focus on helping you move more freely and continuing to support you in the best way I can.
