A little Brussels reminder of me — the part of myself that exists outside of being a mum, a partner, a teacher… just me and my sister, wandering, laughing, remembering who we are beneath all the roles we hold. ❤️✨

It’s beautiful and meaningful to show up for everyone in our lives… but it’s also easy to forget the quiet layers of ourselves that existed long before the to-do lists, the classes, and the responsibilities.

This weekend felt like a gentle exhale — the kind I talk about in yoga all the time.
A return to centre.
A reminder that we are more than the titles we carry.
And that nurturing ourselves is just as important as nurturing everyone else.
