✨ 3 Months of Pilates in 30 Seconds ✨

Three months of showing up.
Three months of wobbling, shaking, learning and laughing.
Three months of pushing myself on days I didn’t feel like it… and grounding myself on days I really needed it.

Pilates has changed so much more than just my strength.
It’s helped my anxiety, my mindset, my confidence, and how I show up as a mum. Taking that hour each week to breathe, move, and switch off has become something I genuinely look forward to — not something I feel guilty about anymore.

I’m proud of this version of me.
The one who keeps going, even when it’s hard.
The one who puts herself on the list again.
The one who’s stronger in ways you can’t always see 💛
