🪷With a full Sound Journey including Crystal and Himalayan bowls, Drums, Chimes & soft percussion to create a beautiful blend of soundscapes that hold space for infinite rest and restoration at the end of the Yoga session.

💫Fabrizia weaves Hatha and Kundalini traditions, Poetry, Visualisations, Alexander Technique, and Somatic Movement to create a unique recipe of Nurture and Healing as you relax and rejuvenate. Her gentle meditative Yoga classes provide a nurturing ambience and spiritual uplift as she creates sacred space.. mind, body and spirit harmonise effortlessly bathing in the wisdom of moving through the Chakras each week. A transformative experience to soothe and restore the soul .. open the senses & relax the nervous system Divine Alchemy ..!

💫Sian - Rooted in her practice as a Usui Reiki Master and practitioner of Crystal Energy Work and Sound, is devoted to sharing Sound Journeys that softly guide you into stillness. Allowing you to receive what you need most.
Towards the end of the session Sian will lead a Sound journey working with her carefully chosen instrument family, including Crystal and Himalayan bowls, Drums, Chimes and soft Percussion. She gently creates a beautiful blend of Soundscapes that hold space for infinite rest and restoration.
